Accommodation - Hillside Guesthouse

We offer a choice of five luxury suites (just over 30 square meters), each homely and tastefully decorated with quality percale bedding to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

Our accommodations all have private entrances with private patios, air-conditioners, en suite bathrooms, with shower and bath, TV with personal DSTV decoders, personal safe, hairdryer, under counter fridge, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, continental breakfast in your room. No hot breakfast available.

Each suite is also fitted with an International Electrical Socket, free high speed WiFi and safe off road parking. Laundry services and beach towels are available on request.

We are in a residential neighbourhood so no loud music, no parties and no big group bookings allowed.

General Terms and Conditions

Insurance: To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.

Check in time is from 14h00 until 19h00. Late check-ins to be arranged prior to arrival.

Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received.

Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, or 'non arrival'.

No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.

A deposit of 50% is payable on acceptance of your booking in order to guarantee your accommodation.

Payments may be made by Credit Card, Master, Visa, Amex. We forward you an authorisation voucher, you complete it and sign it and return it to us by fax or e-mail together with a scan or photostat of the front and back of the credit card.

Cancellations Policy

If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival you will forfeit 50% of your deposit.

If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.
